We use only essential cookies required for core functionality. If you create an account and log in, a session cookie is used to maintain your authentication state. We also store your theme and layout preferences locally. We do not use any marketing, advertising, or non-essential tracking cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate CodeBeautify:

• Cloudinary — Used for image hosting and optimization of site assets only (not your data).
• TiDB Cloud — Used for storing user account information only (email, name). Your tool data is never sent to our database.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not monetize your information in any way. The minimal data we collect is used solely to improve the CodeBeautify service.

7. User Accounts

Registration is entirely optional. All tools are fully functional without an account. If you choose to register, we store only your email address and display name. Your password is securely hashed using bcrypt and is never stored in plain text. Account data is used solely for authentication and personalization features such as favorites and history.
